This is a beautiful photograph, what I call "picture perfect". The background has a wonderful, even texture in the water ripples, and the bird is relaxed and confident. It's a lovely shot with striking color variations. V

Patricia I love your Great Blue Heron in flight. They are so difficult to capture at that moment. I love your moment and will add this image to my favorite collections. I have a photograph of one in flight which I am currently painting for Alabama Flora Fonda Art Competition and your capture certainly will help in the current painting of my Great Blue Heron.
